Our Associate Program provides an opportunity to work alongside our clients and senior banking professionals, actively contributing during every phase of an M&A engagement while becoming an expert in the field.

In fact, year after year, we rank on Vault’s list of top banks offering opportunities for strong client interaction.​

Associates who join the Richmond office will spend their first six months as a generalist before dedicating themselves to an industry group. Ultimately, all Associates will develop deep industry knowledge and become M&A product experts. Associates joining other offices will be directly dedicated to an industry group post-training.

As a core member of the client engagement team, you'll develop critical deliverables and work side-by-side with the entire team to create pitch materials, business valuations, management presentations, and more.

Eligible candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution and have 5+ years of industry-relevant experience or be working toward a Master's in Business Administration.
