2025 Home Services Consumer Study: New Data Reveals Lasting Demand

Our latest survey of 1,000+ homeowners confirms the home services sector’s enduring investment appeal. The results reflect sustained momentum for do-it-for-me solutions as well as evolving generational preferences that are bolstering demand for a range of categories.

In addition, consumers continue to favor strong brands and modern technology, while shifting discovery habits and a more complex online landscape are creating opportunities to capitalize on broader omnichannel tactics. These factors offer significant potential for investors to professionalize leading businesses and drive growth through seamless digital experiences, better data, optimized marketing strategies, and a wider variety of complementary services.

Key findings from our survey respondents:

  • 90% are as likely or more likely to hire a home services provider than they were 2 to 3 years ago
