I have always enjoyed working side-by-side with management teams throughout a transaction and achieving a great outcome for everyone involved. Through what I have learned in my role at Harris Williams, I now also enjoy serving my community by contributing my knowledge and expertise as a Board Chair at Green Cities Accord, a Twin Cities-based nonprofit.

Andy Warczak is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm’s Consumer Group. He has extensive experience across a broad range of food and beverage segments, including ingredients, foodservice, private label and co-manufacturing, produce, bakery, distribution, and branded products.

Andy has over 20 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. He is based in our Minneapolis office.

Education: B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Marquette University
