Ashley Van der Waag is a managing director of Harris Williams. She leads strategic and operational initiatives and our business optimization, compliance, operating support staff, and marketing teams. She is focused on creating efficiencies and differentiation across the firm and continuing to drive Harris Williams forward as a world-class M&A and private capital advisory firm.

Prior to joining Harris Williams in 2018, Ashley spent nearly 20 years at Credit Suisse, which included serving as the chief operating officer of global markets research. Ashley is based in our Richmond office.

Education: B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with concentrations in Finance and Marketing
