Profile

Frank is a managing director at Harris Williams. He co-leads the Primary Fund Placement Group, advising private equity, private credit, and real asset managers on capital formation strategies.

Frank brings more than 30 years of experience in investment management and client advisory. He founded Aqueduct Capital, which was acquired by Harris Williams in 2025, and has held leadership roles throughout his career focused on raising institutional capital and building long-term investor relationships.

Frank began his career at a global, bulge bracket investment bank where he eventually led one of their largest private credit teams. Frank is based in our Charlotte office.
