Having grown up in a second-generation family business, I have a great deal of respect and appreciation for what it takes to build a business. Jon Meredith is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Transportation & Logistics Group. He has deep experience across several sectors, including automotive and heavy duty aftermarket, third-party logistics, and transportation infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on third-party logistics.

Jon has over 10 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, capital raisings, and financings. He is based in our Richmond office.

Education: B.S.B.A in Finance from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond and M.B.A. from the University of Virginia
