Lane is a managing director and the chief talent officer of Harris Williams. She leads the firm in talent management, long term business planning, executive coaching, organization growth and development, change management, diversity and inclusion, risk management and recruiting.

Before joining Harris Williams in 2016, Lane spent nearly 20 years at Capital One, which included serving as the chief diversity and inclusion officer and senior vice president of Enterprise Human Resources, among other positions. Lane is based in our Richmond office.
