I moved to Richmond more than 15 years ago to join a firm that combined M&A expertise with a culture of high integrity, strong relationships, and hard work. It has been remarkable to be a part of Harris Williams’ growth over the years, but I’m most proud of how we have sustained our focus on execution and culture.

Matt White is a managing director at Harris Williams, serving as co-head of the Energy, Power & Infrastructure Group. Matt has extensive experience within the energy, power and infrastructure industry, including industrial and infrastructure; electric power, natural gas, and water utilities; telecom; and environmental.

Matt has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions engagements and has been with the firm since 2007. He is based in our Richmond office.

Education: M.B.A. from Emory University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
