Sam Hendler is a managing director at Harris Williams and has extensive experience working with clients across a range of healthcare and technology sectors. He focuses his efforts in the healthcare IT space.

Sam has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures and capital raising. He has spent most of his career at Harris Williams, and after entering the private equity world for a couple of years, returned to Harris Williams in 2024. Sam is based in our Boston office.

Education: B.A. in Politics from Princeton University, magna cum laude; MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University
