Harris Williams is advising Stellant Systems, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, on their pending sale to TransDigm Group, for approximately $960 million. Stellant Systems is a premier designer and manufacturer of radio frequency and microwave amplification products for the defense, space, medical, and industrial markets.
