Harris Williams advised alphabroder, a portfolio company of Littlejohn & Co. LLC, on their sale to S&S Activewear. Alphabroder is a leading supply chain partner for blank and decorated apparel and hard goods in North America for a variety of purposes including uniforms, corporate apparel, promotional products, and athletics.
