Harris Williams advised Damotech, a portfolio company of Mountaingate Capital, on their sale to Vance Street Capital. Damotech is a leading provider of aftermarket rack safety solutions in North America, offering a comprehensive suite of engineering services and built-to-spec repair and protection products.
