Harris Williams advised Jet Parts Engineering and Victor Sierra Aviation Holdings, portfolio companies of Vance Street Capital, on their sale to TransDigm. Jet Parts and Victor Sierra are leading suppliers of OEM-alternative aftermarket aerospace parts and repair services, collectively serving commercial, cargo, general, business, and military aviation end markets.
