Harris Williams advised Nalanda Global, a portfolio company of PSG Equity, on their sale to Once For All, a portfolio company of GTCR. Nalanda is a leading supply chain risk and compliance management software platform in Spain. 

Under the leadership of CEO Juan Gil and with the backing of PSG Equity, Nalanda became an industry leader in supply chain risk and compliance management in Spain.
