Harris Williams advised Nuspire, a portfolio company of Abry Partners, on their sale to PDI Technologies, a portfolio company of Insight Partners, TA Associates, and Genstar. Nuspire is a leading managed security services provider.

The growing complexity, volume, and velocity of cybersecurity threats for businesses of all types and sizes across industries continues to drive strong investor and corporate buyer interest in managed security services. Corporate buyers, in particular, are looking to acquire MSSP platforms as their customers push them to add security and compliance capabilities to their IT and technology portfolio. This acquisition will enable PDI to sell Nuspire’s leading security capabilities into PDI’s large base of enterprise and franchise customers.
