Harris Williams served as exclusive placement advisor to Persistence Capital Partners (PCP), a leading Canadian private equity firm focused on high-growth opportunities in the healthcare field, on the formation of PCP MSP II, L.P., PCP’s continuation vehicle for MedSpa Partners, Inc. (MSP). The continuation vehicle will help strengthen MSP’s ability to continue to source, fund, and integrate acquisitions and invest in new initiatives.

Anchored by investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Private Equity Secondaries, the fund was oversubscribed and received strong interest from both new and existing LPs. It exceeded its target and tripled the size of PCP's initial investment vehicle for MSP.
