The transaction unites two organizations with over 250 years of combined river heritage, each built on a reputation for safety, dependable service, and continuous investments in their fleets and people. This cultural alignment allows for a seamless integration of the River Division’s employees into HFL’s expanding network while preserving the legacy of the Campbell fleet. Together, HFL and the Campbell Transportation Company River Division will strengthen overall inland river operations and extend capacity along the Ohio River.
