M&A Engagement Overview

Industry Group: Technology
Areas of Focus: Industrial Technology, Compliance Software, Quality Control Software, Automation Software, AI-enabled Software

Harris Williams advised GlobalVision on their sale to Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a global leader in essential water and product quality solutions. GlobalVision will be integrated into Veralto’s Esko business, a global leader in packaging workflow software.

Large corporates and investors are increasingly attracted to the quality control and inspection technology space due to intensifying multi-jurisdictional regulatory pressure and SKU proliferation, which make manual inspection a structural liability. The non-cyclical demand for validated and traceable systems that provide irrefutable proof of compliance creates a highly defensive and scalable platform.

GlobalVision is a category leader in AI-augmented quality control and compliance technology, providing a mission-critical platform that delivers highly precise, automated inspections of packaging, labels, production content, and regulatory submissions with market-leading accuracy. With manual inspection evolving to a structural liability, GlobalVision solves this by providing a validated, standardized platform that acts as the authoritative compliance sentinel, shifting the quality paradigm from reactive error detection to proactive risk elimination.

The company is uniquely positioned as the “always on” compliance layer across the entire artwork and production lifecycle of branded or regulated content. GlobalVision’s comprehensive, mission-critical core proprietary deterministic technology provides end-to-end coverage, inspecting digital files “upstream” and printed assets “downstream” to ensure screen-to-shelf accuracy.

GlobalVision will be integrated into Veralto’s Esko business, building on their decade‑long partnership and embedding an AI‑augmented quality and compliance backbone directly into Esko’s end‑to‑end, source‑to‑shelf packaging platform.
