Harris Williams advised Recochem, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, on their acquisition by CapVest Partners. 

Founded and based in Montréal, Recochem is a global leader in manufacturing, marketing, and distributing automotive aftermarket and household fluids. 

The automotive aftermarket sector’s recession-resilient attributes and favorable tailwinds combined with Recochem’s strong track record in the space made this an attractive acquisition for CapVest.
